1. Membership & Enrollment

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to approve or deny membership applications.

2. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made on time as per the chosen plan.
We may revise membership fees or service charges with prior notice.
Any missed or late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

3. Facility Use

Members must carry their membership card or valid ID while visiting the gym.
Proper gym attire and footwear are mandatory.
Equipment should be used responsibly and returned after use.
Locker facilities (if provided) must be emptied daily unless otherwise permitted..

4. Health & Safety

Members are advised to consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
MK Fit Gym is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during workouts.
Members must follow safety instructions provided by trainers and staff.
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited within gym premises.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect staff, trainers, and fellow members at all times.
Offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of membership without refund.
Sharing access with non-members is strictly prohibited.

6. Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their personal items.
MK Fit Gym is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to belongings kept in lockers or anywhere in the facility.

7. Website & Online Services

All content on our website (text, images, videos, etc.) is owned by MK Fit Gym and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Members may use the website for enrollment, inquiries, and accessing gym-related information only.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Members may request cancellation of their membership as per the cancellation policy.
MK Fit Gym reserves the right to terminate memberships in case of non-compliance with these Terms.
