Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MK Fit Gym, we strive to provide excellent fitness services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to membership cancellations, service bookings, and refunds.

1. Membership Cancellation

Memberships can be canceled by submitting a written request at the front desk or via email.
Cancellation requests must be made at least [X days] before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Once canceled, membership access will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees, registration charges, and enrollment fees are generally non-refundable.
Medical Conditions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as serious medical conditions (with valid medical documents).
Service Refunds: Fees paid for personal training sessions, group classes, or other services are non-refundable once availed.
Online Payments: If any duplicate or incorrect payment occurs due to technical errors, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Freeze / Hold Policy

Members may request to place their membership on hold/freeze due to travel, medical, or personal reasons.
Hold requests must be made in writing and approved by the management.
A small administrative fee may apply.esses.

4. Cancellation by MK Fit Gym

MK Fit Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to violations of Terms & Conditions, misconduct, or safety concerns.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
Members must provide valid proof of payment and ID for verification.
Refund processing time: 7–14 working days (depending on the payment provider).
